Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Head of Engineering to take ownership of a development team of 15 people.  To drive a roadmap, deliver releases on time, manage and grow the team and contribute to architecture across a number of disciplines.

What You Bring

• Experience in managing a development team of Frontend, Backend and QA Engineers
• Demonstrable experience at building roadmaps alongside senior team and delivering releases on time
• 8+ years of backend development experience in commercial projects.
• 6+ years of Python/Go development experience.
• Hands-on HTTP/Authentication/WebServices/REST API knowledge.
• Work experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MSSQL).
• TCP/IP stack knowledge & network related programming experience.
• Multi-threaded programming experience.
• Linux advanced user.
• Hands-on Docker+Kubernetes and/or Virtuozzo is desired
• Work experience with Redis, RabbitMQ (or similar solutions).
• Understanding of distributed systems problems and solutions.
• GitLab/Git/Slack advanced user.
• Good written and spoken English to communicate efficiently with other teams and team members.
